Qualifications: 


Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience as an AM or GM in a fast casual or full service restaurant setting (no fast food please) 


Must have current restaurant management experience as an AM or GM 


Experience with developing and organizing team 


Hands on management with excellent delegation skills


Stability defined by no more than 2 employers in the past 5 years
